Really good Stay in the Heart of Hanoi

This hotel was really nice! The staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a fine view. The breakfast was delicious, with choices. Its central location made exploring the Old Quarter easy. Highly recommended!

The location turned out to be marvellous, just off Hoan Kiem Lake and many other places of interest, the centre in the crowd and many interesting shops and restaurants nearby. Spent our evenings in nearby Polite & Co, especially when it was cold outside.

The breakfast spread was delicious! The spa amenities were great, with an very nice steam room and a relaxing massage that helped us unwind after our days out. Just a heads up, the walls are a bit thin, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience 😊

We had a catered evening meal at the hotel and the food was only average - not good value compared some of the restauramts we went to. On the other hand the food was a lot better that what we had in a recommended restaurant.

Excellent, quiet location in the old and busy city of Hanoi. Hotel staff organised tours for our group of 11, including an in-house Reunion Dinner. Room was large with comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with both Asian and European food but the service was slow and clumsy although attentive in its execution.

Nice hotel with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and relaxing spa. The staff helped with my luggage during my first stay, which I appreciated. I highly recommend trying the massage services too.

Its location is magnificent, near Ngoc Son Temple. And it's set in a great area close enough to all the shops and the night market 3minutes.

Given the wrong room and not informed about it until i realised.

The staff were pretty good too accommodate our needs, even providing special meals for our kids.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Terrible noisy because the hotel was next the bar open rock music 24/24, I felt stunned and unable to sleep. People laught out loud all night with the music creates a chaotic space, loudly. If you do not want to lose precious time to rest after a day trip to explore the city or somewhere, do not choose that hotel.

perfectly clean hotel, awesome and absolutely superb breakfast, the location is easy just next door to local attractions and activities, countless restaurants and coffee shops, and the lake and city centre. a wide array of great food for meals.

The elegant decor and spacious layout of the Imperial Hotel & Spa. The common areas were well-maintained, and the location was very accessible.

Bathroom lighting could be brighter for better visibility.

Staffs are very kind and helpful. They always help you and provide a good advice.
